CONTINUOUS SHOOTING
One of the areas of dry fire training that receives a lot of discussion is, “How do I shoot and not have to manually rack the slide between every shot?”. There are several options for this. There are dry fire practice weapons that mimic the weight and feel of a real gun. These options can be fairly expensive.
Single VS Double Action:
There are single and double action pistols. If you have a single action pistol you will be required to rack the slide between shots. A double action pistol will cock the weapon and release the hammer each time the trigger is pulled. That is a great start but the amount of pull required on the trigger for a double action weapon can be pretty hard which makes continuous shooting impractical.
The Solution:
To provide the ability to fire repeatedly and overcome the hard trigger pull of the double action weapon. With the weapon clear and NO magazine in the gun, by using the Laser Strike Easy Pull Band, it effectively reduces the trigger pull down to about the same as when you shoot live ammo. This allows you to shoot continuously without having to manually rack the slide. I will not interfere with your grip on the weapon. To further decrease the required trigger pull force you can install a lighter hammer string. This usually only takes a few minutes to do.
